Boathouse Specifications

Get a limited life time warranty on all water front construction

Boat house plans are all custom and design to the owners Specifications

• Pilings - 6"x6" or 8"x8" .60 Treated; All Lumber is Treated

• Pilings generally 10' on Center

• double Banded with up to 2"x12"  Upper Bands for joist and roof support

• 3"x8" Treated Timbers for Supporting Deck

• Decking - 2"x6" #1 Treated Lumber

• Roof Type will be 2"x6" Rafters, 16" on Center with 1/2" Plywood Covered with 15 lb. Felt Paper; Shingles or metal

• All Bands, Ledgers, and Supporting Timbers will be Bolted with 1/2" Hot Dip Galvanized Bolts; or stainless , All Nails are Galvanized

All ball bearing pulleys, stainless aircraft cable

Bulkhead Specifications

• Pilings - 6"x6"  .60 Treated; All Treated Lumber

• 3"x8" Treated Timbers for Wall support

• Length of sheet piling custom to your needs

• 10 ,12, or 15 foot solid galvanized tie back rods

• Treated dead men to hold wall minimum 4 feet deep

• All galvanized or stainless hardware

• Bulkhead in Wood,metal and vinyl
